I'm going to give you two different training splits to choose from.
The first is PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) — a simple and effective split that's great for beginners. It allows you to learn the basic movements, build consistency, and get comfortable with training without making things overly complicated.
The second is the Arnold Split, which is the split I'm currently using. It's a little more advanced and gives you more flexibility to focus on individual muscle groups.
So which one should you choose?
If you're a beginner, I strongly recommend starting with PPL and sticking with it for at least 3 months before thinking about switching.
Don't fall into the trap of constantly changing your workout because you think you need something new.
Your results come from consistently executing the plan — not constantly finding a new one.
Pick your split, commit to it, track your progress, and give yourself enough time to actually see what you're capable of.
Now let's get to work. 🔥
